PAS recently released a new Integrity/DOC4000 asset model for Honeywell which allows users to incorporate their EPKS system into Integrity/DOC4000 for aggregation and contextualization of data
Enhancements/Fixes Include:
- Information and error messages now provided in process log concerning the restoring ERDB and EMDB backups
- Integrity Check now available to indicate duplicate tag names with an EPKS asset and within all linked EPKS assets
- Enhanced the ERDB and EMDB restore procedure to not require input of the backup file logical names
- Provided access to the object type ReservationDef to allow users listing and querying of spare reservations
- Added code for a PlantState Suite viewer on tag objects available when connected with PlantState Suite
- Added PV Algorithm and Action Algorithm data to Analog Points and Status points; also added references from algorithm point values to SCADA points in the assets
- Enhanced asset do display the hardware deviced Wireless System Gateway (WSG) to the top level under the heading 'Hardware' and the top level of the Hardware Overview display
- The Projected Parameter viewer will now be only displayed with Control Modules that actually have projected parameters
- Enhanced mapping of CDA Points by adding references to corresponding control modules
- Added summary of items contained under each top level heading of the Enterprise Model displayed in the asset
- Added a file management of change viewer to the Station Configuration Files listed in Integrity to indicate changes in these text files, including files with extensions .stn, .stb, and .wdl
- Added a delay in code of the EPKSDCC.vbs to avoid potential bad collection of first graphic image
- RDA Points are now correctly displayed in the asset explorer tree under the correct heading
- Resolved the reporting of incorrect default alarm priorities on some scada digital points when read from BCKBLD.txt file
- Removed the undesired log message 'unable to relocate' created by EPKSDCC.vbs when trying to copy nonexistent sub-folders to a new location
- Corrected the integrity check labeled 'Missing Point Script Owner': false listings were produced while only checking control module names as the script owner and not SCM or other SCADA points
- Modified the EPKSDCC.vbs to avoid processing files with .HTM extension that are not actually HMI Web graphic files
- Corrected the reading of the last occurrence of a TPS Point listed in a BCKBLD.txt data file
- Added the reading of user-defined parameters from QuickBuilder to show as properties on SCADA points; this had previously been done correctly when reading BCKBLD.txt files
- Corrected code in releases v4.15 that expected a folder called TEMP to exist under the installation folder on a data collector; code now exists to created this folder if required
- Resolved several issues with collecting HMI Web Display Object information and importing it into Integrity; main error was long object property values that were not correctly handled
- Resolved some channels not being read from the HDWBCKBLD.txt file
This is available to all customers on support with Integrity/DOC4000 v3.0 and higher.
