June 30, 2010

PAS recently released a new Integrity/DOC4000 asset model for Invensys which allows users to incorporate their Foxboro I/A system into Integrity/DOC4000 for aggregation and contextualization of data.

Enhancements/Fixes Include:

  • Added the “.m1” files as Library Objects. This allows for a better definition of blocks on FoxDraw graphics. Added the references and relationships to reflect the new objects. Made changes to the graphics scripts to incorporate the new objects.
  • Added a new Integrity Check that will output a file to the Import Directory. This check is used for CP270 image updates.
  • Added support for CE for the following viewers:  FoxDoc, SFCViewer, FileDiff, foxialogic, frmFlowChart
  • Fixed issue with a COMPOUND name that was less than 4 characters long. Duplicate Channels Integrity Check was having errors. Found a starting array to be too small. Made change to the script to fix it.

  • AIN Block not showing connection to FBM. The Parent_ID had the “:” character in front of the connection to the FBM. Made changes to the script to handle this scenario.
  • Data Collection script fails if it does not find a CP if it configured to be there. Made changes to the script to skip any non-existent CP’s.
  • Invensys Project (Shannon Asselin) - CAS-16836-RB8LN0 - The defect finder generated the error: Block, C21_1A_AUX3:MCIN_1, has the following issues: Missing PNT_NO. Made changes to the script to take into account BLOCKs that do not use PNT_NO to connect to FBM’s.
