Performance services are the cornerstone of a successful control loop optimization project. PAS engineers have optimized thousands of control loops in a variety of industries. We have consulted with industrial customers on a wide range of processes, and have trained hundreds of engineers and technicians on the theory and practice of process control and loop optimization.

Our services are:

Optimization Services – We work with your operations and engineering personnel to analyze control loop and Multi-variable Predictive Controller performance, provide baseline reports, identify measurement and final control element issues, tune PID controllers, and recommend control strategy changes where necessary.

Consulting Services – PAS Engineers consult with your operations and engineering personnel to review process designs and control strategies, perform controllability studies, and identify interactions and nonlinearities.

Training - PAS provides training courses on process control, control loop optimization, control strategy design, and use of PAS software to identify and resolve common control loop issues.
